Features of Gearless Temperature Gauge

Our gauges have many advantages thanks to its' unique "Gearless" mechanism. The use of special helical bourdon tube enables the internal mechanism to be without any gears. The greatest advantage will be demonstrated when used under vibrating and pulsating conditions.

has a unique helically wound bourdon which is coupled directly to the pointer shaft without using any geared segments or pinions, enabling the pointer movement to be "Direct Drive".

Features of Gearless Pressure Gauge

Conventional type pressure gauges using geared mechanism were easily broken when used in vibrating and pulsating application.

People tried to avoid these problems by changing the material of the internal gears or filling the case with glycerin to lubricate the geared mechanism, but would not completely solve the problem.

NESS Gearless Pressure Gauge has overcome these problems by adopting a unique Gearless mechanism with special helical bourdon tube, which has made our gauge the most reliable choice for vibrating and pulsating application.
